Measure What Matters (MWM) is a partnership between the Green Economy Coalition (GEC), Accounting For Sustainability (A4S), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) and the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI). MWM’s mission is to bring greater alignment between corporate, national and global actors in order to better measure ‘progress’, using the health of our planet and the wellbeing of people as the yardstick rather than Gross Domestic Product (GDP) or profit alone. The aim of the report was to review the opportunities, tasks and solutions provided by the UNs in their 17 Sustainable Goals.
