Vodafone CEC Host App

An app for the host of, and guests to, Vodafone’s Customer Experience Centre in Newbury, Berkshire. The host can search and launch assets from the CMS, load customer journeys, select apps for the visitors to interact with or capture any interactive content produced as well as choosing to do any of these on any of the four touch screens and tables. The guest app allows them to interact with content via their individual tablets whilst the messaging feature allows direct communication between the host and individual guests or group of guests.
